Quality you can rely on
The flooring ranges that we offer undergo stringent quality control checks at all stages of production in order to eliminate manufacture faults. However, timber and timber based products are natural products and, on the rare occasion that a quality or performance issue does arise, our suppliers work with us to a pre-agreed schedule to ensure that the situation is dealt with quickly with a minimum of disruption to you.
We do find that in over 90% of occasions it is not actually the product that there is an issue with but the method of installation used and for this reason we would ask that you ensure that the manufacturers installation instructions are closely followed.
